In our current world, finding a healthy balance between out online hobbies and offline is crucial. This concept is called digital balance, and it plays a big role in how you feel good and maintain a healthy self. We know how critical striking that digital balance is, so we want to get all kids educated on building a healthier relationship with technology at AIK.
The lab balance scale is about finding the right balance between using devices, such as computers, tablets and smartphones, and participating in leisure activities that do not include screens. This could be playing outside, reading books, drawing, or hanging out with family and friends. Spending too much time online means we miss doing things that are most important to us like playing with our friends or being in nature. That can also hurt our health, physically and mentally, so it’s really important that we keep that balance.
Technology can have positive and negative impacts on our internal state. On the bright side, it allows us to reach party and family, discover information fast, and study tons of fresh things. We can also talk to a faraway friend, or turn on an educational video that explains science or history to us. But excessive use of screens can result in loneliness, anxiety or even depression. We can also make better decisions about when and how much a transaction will be by being conscious of how lab weighing balance makes us feel.

It is definitely a work in progress, and something we try to find a balance with every day. It means ensuring we have time for screen time and unplugged time. We should emphasize good feel-good and healthy activities as exercise, socializing with friends and going outside. Equally important is that we’re here for whatever we choose to do, be it game one something, otherwise, a fun with friends. By being able to balance, we can take advantage of all the benefits technology has to offer without losing our health and all relevant aspects of being human.
